Titans headed to an away fixture on a good run of form looking to repay a heavy home defeat to Kingswood Terriers from earlier in the season. We started well and could have been two or three ahead with their goalkeeper making a series of excellent saves. Kingswood went in at half time one-nil up after a goalmouth scramble, but Titans confidence was high going into the 2nd half and the team felt if we got the next goal we’d go on to win the game.

The equaliser came from Callum who slotted home from Rufus’ lay off. Our excellent defence, marshalled by player of the match Toby withstood plenty of pressure but we always looked the more likely to score. The last-minute winner came from a beautifully worked corner - instead of lofting the ball in high as with every other corner, Callum peeled out to the edge of the box and steered Kit’s low, pinged pass first time inside the near post with virtually the last kick of the game. Absolute scenes at the final whistle for Titans’ fourth win in a row!
