As a whole I couldn’t have asked more from the team. So pleased with every performance. We worked so hard for a positive result that on balance we didn’t deserve. Rockets went in at half time 1-0 after a wonderful through ball from Molly to find Sammy who scored with a Salah like strike. That reflected our overall first half performance where Josh was outstanding in goal and across the board we were the better team.

Second half was more balanced with chances at both end but ultimately Milford responded to an error on our part and then took the lead with a well taken goal. Heads didn’t drop and we worked hard to the end but could quite find the net despite chances.

Rockets will go into the break taking positive from the last two matches, as fine margins and a bit of bad luck have been the only thing that separates results. Apologies again for two POTM, but both well deserved. Josh for outstanding goalkeeping and distribution and Will solid at right back and again good distribution. Richard may correct me but I think this is Will’s first POTM as a Rocket.
